This App Policy ("Policy") governs your access to and use of Sales Tracker, an app built and operated by SoftReckon LLC ("SoftReckon", "we", "us"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using Sales Tracker, you agree to this Policy. If you're using Sales Tracker on behalf of a business, you're agreeing on that business's behalf and confirming you have authority to do so.
Sales Tracker is a business tool for recording sales, managing a product/service catalog, and tracking basic business performance. It's provided as-is, and features may change, be added, or be removed over time as we improve the app.
You sign in to Sales Tracker with a Google account, which acts as the owner account for your business's data. You may create additional team member (staff/admin) logins from within the app to identify who is recording each sale. You're responsible for keeping your Google account and any team member credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.

The business data you enter — sales records, catalog items, buyer details, and similar content — belongs to you. We store it so the app can function; we don't claim ownership over it, and we don't use it for purposes beyond operating and improving the service. Sales Tracker offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed and processed by our payment partner, Paystack, and renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from within the app's Settings. Fees already charged are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
Sales Tracker, including its design, branding, code, and content (excluding data you enter), is owned by SoftReckon LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Policy transfers any ownership of the app itself to you. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering of the software is strictly prohibited.
Sales Tracker is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation. We do our best to keep the app reliable, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or free of bugs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoftReckon LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Sales Tracker, including loss of business data, revenue, or profits. Nothing in this Policy limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using Sales Tracker, or delete your account, at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the app for any account that violates this Policy or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to the service or other users.
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Sales Tracker after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
